Summary

Till December 2020, Spanish key schools were being not needed to deliver any type of sexuality education and learning, and most academics did not receive schooling to carry it out. On the other hand, sexuality is evidently existing in children’s daily life in college. We carried out qualitative investigation with teachers from 4 principal faculties in Catalonia (Spain), aiming to take a look at how academics with out particular education in sexuality method the challenges in the classroom. Our examination shows that instructors in the 4 educational institutions governed children’s sexuality in a gendered way, using communicative vigilance and surveillance to control how young children touched their own genitals.
